    Yeah, mystic chests are usually just random stuff like that. I haven't gotten one this BWE yet, but I'm sitting on two keys I randomly got.

    Got some game time in, performance feels better than before, but maybe I just haven't been around any huge zergs. One of the Centaur camps in Queensland is damn near impossible to get back solo. Been mostly sticking to my Ranger just to keep exploring.... creating a new character then figuring out all the abilities each time is a bit much.

    I don't want to play this game anymore.

    I got home from work, did a little wvwvw, and then it was dark out, my dog was whining to poop, and I realized I hadn't eaten. Also it was 4 hours later.

    I actually got a consumable in one today that automatically repairs your armor fully when you use it.

    Holy hell, events are the best fucking mechanic ever.

    I made a game! A Tithe in Blood, a dark yuri VN set in snowy Sapporo. Demo available on Steam!

    Right? It's pretty intense when you get some of the better ones. The bull one so far is my favorite.

    They get more complicated at higher levels too, when you have the "meta" events. Then you get the stuff where villages and outposts can be overrun/recovered, bosses show up, etc.

    Meta events are even in the start zones. Norn have Frozen Maw and Assault on Svanir's Dome. Humans have battle for beetlerun and the famous Shadow Behemoth

    Just did a meta event where Svanir's attacked an outpost near the Frozen Maw and it was ridiculously hard. Didn't even have a bunch of people around ramping the mobs. :/

    Edit: oh yeah, and I just got one of those instant repair deals too! Along with more 'turn into X' potions.

    The mesmer "illusions do 0 damage" bug makes me very sad. =( I hope it's fixed this BWE.

    I am loving the balance changes done to level 80 PVP

    Definately nipped a few obvious things in the bud. However, Dualswords condition damage warrior is holy shit. Drop 20 bleeds in 3 seconds and enter safe mode while dudes die.

    Doing PvP with my Engineer has been one of the most confusing yet fun adventures I have had. Trying to figure out what kit I want to go for and then using it effectively is pretty in depth.

    I want to try the Sylvari so bad. I'll stick with my human thief as a main, but the Sylvari are a lot neater than I originally thought they were.

    So, do we have a healthy population on Frost Gate yet?

    I've been playing a bit today and noticed that our server sucks at Wuvwuv.

    I was hoping to maybe join a group of people from PA and start showing the other servers how we roll.

    I'll be on more tomorrow I hope. Who do I contact to get into the Frost Gate Guild? Also, what is the name of the Guild?

    So far I am having a blast but I can't decide on which class to play.

    Are any of the classes really useless in PvP at the moment? I was thinking on settling on Necromancer for now. Not sure.

    Guilds are cross-server, so if you are in the "Aspenwood" guild (or the overflow) ... you're in the guild. If you aren't in the guild you can contact any officers, especially me ("Ansatz") or Corehealer ("Sarah Corehealer").

    I think a majority of the PA players are now on Frost Gate.

    It was more that anet matched Frost Gate with a BWE1 server on day 1 before Frost Gate could organize. Should stand a lot better chance now as it just flipped. Still up against a BWE1 server but our pop is at least medium now.

    With Frostgate being severely outnumbered in WvW, I spent the evening exploring different nooks and crannies while trying to find duels. The number of little side caves, and underwater shortcuts is so awesome. I can't wait until we can get 5-10 of us on a regular basis to breach some of the hidden gates and circumvent the zerg.

    Greatsword/Shortbow Ranger continues to be awesome as well. Managed to 1v2 a Necro and Ranger by kiting them into a small pool of water where I had my entire speargun unlocked and they only had their basic attack. I miss the runspeed buff of the horn, but Greatsword just deals out such massive damage.
