You do not need to survive until the end to win.
This game was pretty vanilla and a bit under-powered. Could've used more kills, as was evident later in the game.
I really loved the theme, though, as a history buff and a wargamer.
This stuff actually happened in the Battle of the Bulge in 1944 and I thought it was perfect for phalla, no matter what Phyphor says. :P
I know the German players thought the village was loaded with seers but, no, they only had one. A really good and accurate one.

Those things are the best part of hosting a phalla. Just watching it run, laughing about the what-ifs, tensing up through the decision changing, and reading all the discussion and drama. So fun to host.

Fun, it was.
I have a crapload of ideas for games, as I'm sure we all do, but bringing them to life is work, kinda like an RPG.
Most of my ideas are really un-vanilla and overly complex.
They scare even me when I think about what I will have to track.

Also at the end there I was pretty sure about shalmelo but I was really worried there was still another mafia because everyone else remaining seemed so damn innocent.
Thanks for running! Yeah, another kill would have been nice on the mafia side. Only having one kill made it really risky if we ever wanted to try for roman, and if we didn't.... well, you saw how that turned out :P
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm getting a little tired of being mafia. It is statistically improbable how often I've been a bad guy in my phalla career.
