In all seriousness, I personally consider gen 5 to be the best gen, because the story and music and everything about the game sans pokemon designs was awesome, and even those were pretty much on par with the rest.
I consider gen 5 to be the best generation of pokemon in basically all respects and was talking about how the thread pre-release was full of people making boasts but in the end only about a half-dozen people trained up teams and actually used them
