A PA strip got posted that used the word "faggot," which ruffled some feathers. It was the one where Tycho is playing with a band at some redneck bar. The thing is, a lot of people come here to complain and they shot off some emails to boot.
The issue is that they sent Tube the angry email, and Tube has about as much influence on the comic as a blade of grass in Egypt. This is what I believe eventually led to the creation of the edict.

I think that's because they think it's good, but not awesome, so "agree" is the best they got. There should be a "pretty good" button for those situations.

I'm not going to say I remember exactly when I remember meeting you, but I do remember. I want to say it was PAX 2008, but I met a whooole lot of people that I didn't really know at the time, so I might have that mixed up.
I want to say Fiz(z?) was there making inappropriate comments toward you, but that might have been another time and place. Fiz(z) makes a lot of inappropriate comments toward a lot of forumers.

But if I were to quote Shorty's post and say, "you're a motherfucker, Shorty!" or go post in threads he doesn't frequent and say "Shorty is a motherfucker" I would be directly in line to receive some punishment.
