I wasn't going to do this again but there is a point this time. Something that really bugs me when artists do it is when they are not consistent in the actions or information shown in the panels. In Wednesday's comic, you see the triclops doing a downward thrust but in thursday's comic, he's doing a horizontal thrust at a slight downward angle.
I think his name is Pete, but anyway, Pete's been really good about keeping information consistent in sluggy, even going back and re-drawing a panel a day later because he wrote the wrong name on a ship or had someone's hair on backwards. Penny-Arcade has also been good about this to an extent (although I don't remember any art mistakes getting caught and corrected). Although its not such a big deal when its daily comedy.
Enough ranting, time to sleep and dream of serving the Newell.
edit: On closer inspection, the motion lines on Torg's sword in panel 1 are going the wrong direction as well.
That sword.....I want a talking sword powered by the blood of the innocent in Skyrim, is that possible?
They speak wolf, but it's translated into English.
I mean the creators could put triangular brackets around every line in the comic but that sounds like something only a hack artist making a shitty comic would do.

MGDMT is pretty great but sometimes I don't get it because I don't play many veegees, especially pokemans.
Mew wasn't catchable in the original Pokemon Red/Blue. You only got it at Nintendo events. But there were always theories that you could catch it under specific circumstances in specific parts of the game (just like several other "rare" pokemon). One of the more popular theories was that Mew was under the truck. The truck being the only motor vehicle in the whole game and also being in a part that wasn't regularly accessible. I forgot what you had to do, but even going there required a guide basically.

at first i was like, "can i reference Freaky Friday since it came out over thirty years ago?" but then wikipedia was like, "This is the third time this film has been made by Disney, and the second in ten years" and i was all, "cool beans"

But it's easily overlooked since the comic is good.

Also Mewtwo is a clone of Mew.

This comic was just piss-poor judgement.
