    I think he'd make a good optional boss of the generically frustrating sort. Like, one of those things where you have to wail on him with the best weapons in the game for over an hour to beat him.

    Of course, that might be taking the parody aspect a bit too far.

    Probably because that would be stupid in this setting.

    Maybe if there's another game entirely (as in, not episode 2 or 3 or whatever) then he might fit in, but it wouldn't make any sense in RSPD.
