I tried Mincraft, but sandbox games really do nothing for me. I gotta have some very clear straightforward goal to keep me busy or I can't enjoy the little things.
Never played Ico. But I really didn't enjoy SotC so I dunno if I should ever bother with it.

they are very different games mechanically, but they have the same style and feel to them
ICO is also a much older feeling game, just due to some of the outdated stuff in it. fixed camera angles (you can move the camera, but it'll sway back over to the default angle), how climbing/jumping from ropes works
made it a little hard to jump into, being used to more modern games but i got over that pretty quick

the save screen music is probably still my favorite thing about it
