So I got to play Core Worlds for the first time today! Everyone liked it. I think I would give it the nod over Dominion and Ascension.

dudes who make ascension are doing a pretty snazzy looking digital only card game called solforge or something like that. Played it this morning and it was pretty cool.
One of the people at my school actually focuses a lot of her research on trans issues. I think she mostly focuses on SE Asia and migrant pops. But we are kind of fluid with how we function with our studies.
One third of my presentation on hormone receptor mutation was on trans issues. It was really fun.
I want to hear about this!
Loss of androgen receptor causes genotypic XY, but phenotypic XX. Really neat stuff.
Kind of love everything about this dress (except the lame same-color string belt thing, gonna use a real belt). Buying it for myself and calling it a stress-induced impulse purchase, because that's pretty much what it is.

I thought too that, based on the BGG images, but the actual cards look a lot better than those. I don't know why the jpg looks so rubbish compared to the finished product.
They're actually very good, and the art is excellent.

A public service announcement to anyone looking to get Bioshock Infinite:
There are lots of great pre-purchase deals on various websites, but AMD also has a "Never Settle" promo deal where you can get Bioshock Infinite + Crysis 3 or the new Tomb raider with the purchase of certain AMD cards. People are selling these codes on eBay, so I just snagged Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3 for a grand total of $48. Since I already own XCOM and the other Bioshocks and I don't care about TF2 items, this was by far the better way to go.
Bioshock Infinite redeemed on Steam and Crysis 3 on Origin. Not sure what service the new Tomb Raider would be on.
