Is there any way to change the delivery address once I've ordered? I managed to grab a Sunday pass to go with the Monday pass I got in the first wave, but I've accidentally had them sent separately to work/home. It's not really a big deal if not, I just don't want to get snagged by the system.

I've got an alert box app running - the page keeps changing every few seconds with tickets seeming to be let go from people hording them. I don't know if it's a page glitch or there's a handful of tickets left in a few categories that people are holding on to then letting go, but there may still be a few if you're willing to try to get them.

I got two Monday badges so now me and a friend have full weekend badges ended up buying 8 people's badges this year because they were all at work. I would have cried if mine got cancelled ;_; I would be too lazy to scalp them.

Needed two Saturdays and two Sundays for my buddy and his girlfriend. They have gone to every day of every single Seattle PAX, and now that just doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I saw the tweet pop up about reclaimed tickets being available and immediately clicked the link and got put in the queue. When I got out of the queue I saw Friday, Sunday, and Monday tickets available. I selected 1 of each and tried to continue only to get an error message that Friday was unavailable.

So I selected Sunday and Monday and tried again. This resulted in an error that Sunday was unavailable.

So I bought just a Monday ticket with no problems.

Confused by the changing availability I tried the original link again and got back in where I saw Sunday and Monday available again so I bought a Sunday ticket.

Repeating this allowed me to also get a Friday ticket.

Repeating again saw only Monday available so I took a second to read the things I had rushed past in an effort to get tickets.

Now I am concerned that by placing three orders, each for a single one day pass on different days, I have made a mistake. Will my orders get cancelled because of this? Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation if so?

Yeah, some people may have selected to buy, and then decided not to, and those would be "held" in the mean time, and then pushed back to the queue. There's probably some people timing out right now, and that's where those are coming from.

The issue would be if people purchased more than 2 "full sets" so I'm sure if you had to go in a couple of times to get fewer than a full set, you'll be ok.

can you guys announce PAX Prime sales farther in advance? i know the stated reasons for not doing this, but at the extreme rate of sellout, it seems vastly unfair to the folks who did not even have a go at trying to get passes.

I bought 2 passes for Sunday and Monday (one for my boyfriend and one for myself). However, we do have 2 other roommates. They each bought a Sunday and Monday pass as well. Will this be a problem (since there are multiple orders in one household)?

From the Sellout FAQ

Why not give advance notice?

Besides there being a massive server load issue, it also gives scalpers the ability to mobilize their teams to buy lots of smaller orders. Not giving advance notice is actually pretty close to a lottery system, in the sense that if you were unavailable during that pre-registration window, you were not selected.

Besides, with demand increasing every year, it's just going to sell out even faster in the future.
