    You share your plan with Abby and Dan. Dan agrees to go talk to the shifty dudes, and you and Abby head over to talk to the bartender.

    The bartender glances up at you and gives Abby a smile. "Hey. New friend?"

    "Old friend." Abby says. "Don't worry, she's one of us. A Tremere."

    "Ah." The bartender gives you a once over. "Tremere usually creep me out, but you look cool. So, what's up?"

    1) "We're here on business. The Prince sent us."
    2) "You know anything about the Sabbat?"
    3) (SMART) "Looks pretty empty in here. Slow night?"
    4) (SOCIAL) Abby: "You have any juicy gossip for me? From one Toreador to another?"

    "Nothing fun." the bartender sighs. "These are dark times. The Sabbat and the Camarilla war is heating up, y'know, and we're caught in the middle. It fucking sucks. We've had to hire some muscle to come in and keep things running smoothly."

    You look over your shoulder. Dan is talking to the shady dudes in the back, and there's definitely a conflict brewing between them. One of the guys stands up and gets in Dan's face; Dan doesn't back down.

    Do you

    3) Try to get the bartender to interfere

    "Is this your buddy?" One of the bouncers looks down at you with a scowl. "He's starting some shit, and we'll have to remove him if he doesn't learn his lesson."

    1) "So... you're working for the bar? No problem, we'll settle down."
    2) "We're on business from the Prince, relax."
