"Capy-what now? You expect me to cook a rodent! Lord help me, what have I gotten myself into? Beans and tomatoes, eh, not my strongest suits but at least I have some idea what to do. I guess can roast off the... thing... in the oven with the beans and make a simple tomato sauce. That might work, I guess?"

"Well, I'm not proud of it, but I think everything is edible, at least. Bland, tough, and sloppy, but edible. Lets get this mess on the plate and move on."
Rick watches quietly from the sidelines, disappointed in his performance but still engaged in the competition. He sneaks a bark of encouragement at Leah, pulling for his travel companion to do what he could not.

If you started with 3, it would have taken you 6 exp to get to lvl 4, then 8 more to get to lvl 5, then 10 more to get to lvl 6. I kind of doubt you've managed to generate 24 plate exp so far... but yeah it probably doesn't matter much at this point.
"Well I'm hardly an expert, but Duck isn't that difficult to work with. So fatty! And as for the Pigeon, well, I'll give it a go. Everything is good fried, right?"

"Oh no! Looks like I didn't burn off enough alcohol from my red wine reduction and now my Duck caught fire! Hopefully I can ignore the Pigeon for a moment while I put it out and save what's not yet too crispy. Opa!"

Luckily, the fatty, scored bottom of the Duck breast hasn't been mangled. Thinking quickly, Leah finely dices the Duck, adds herbs, and stuffs it into the crispy Pigeon. "My plan all along!"
"Well that was stressful, but the Duck pate seems to have come out surprisingly well. And the Pigeon is a fine conveyance. Now to put it on the plate!"
