I need to watch SHIELD
in lieu of it I watched the first episode of Arrow last night
I went in with low expectation, but it... wasn't that bad? It certainly wasn't good, but it was entertaining enough
speaking of action scenes, though, its action scenes were actually surprisingly well-choreographed and shot
I would like to see her on a team other than the FF though, I'd be interested to see her character interactions with the lady X squad or something like that
I don't even hate Skye, but she literally betrayed them and it was all for naught, plot wise?
That makes me wish they hadn't blown that wad quite so early.
It seemed like
Coulson thought her suspicions about SHIELD hiding her parents' past were totally valid, which they also didn't seem to play up that much
Basically Coulson is gonna be like YA GOT MOXIE, KID, while everyone else on the bus is gonna be like "Oh, hey...Judas McPilate"
Hmm.
On the one hand, that feels like a waste of a potentially interesting, overarching plot.
On the other hand, it was hard to buy into that plot for me, since I never really bought the whole "SHIELD is, like, corrupt, maaaaaan" nonsense they were preaching

Well, she was an Avenger for years and is on Mighty Avengers, although she hasn't shown up yet
