Sure. The only situation you are really going to be doing that in though is when you are taking an objective and there isn't going to be any champion fighting that requires shift to be up just in case.

Alistar's mana costs on Q and W have been reduced, his passive no longer deals double damage to monsters and his ult grants 70% damage reduction at all levels
Ezreal can get his W buff if he manages to hit the projectile himself (?)
Kha'zix's Q damage has been increased slightly
Thresh's lantern now only shields himself and one ally (!) but it's been very slightly increased in strength as compensation

Essence Reaver changed to build out of a BF Sword, now grants 80 AD, costs 3400 gold
Manamune cost to 2200, AD to 25
Muramana had its active reworked, now grants true damage and attack speed based on number of activations
Doom bots is unplayable, games on PBE are currently crashing like every minute, except of course bots are unaffected and will just 5-man push while only half your team even tries to reconnect.

Nunu...doesn't build any damage. He's there to secure objectives, piss off the enemy jungler, and buffbot your carry/team.
0 AP when you already have a champion going full tank (who also has atrocious scaling anyways) is stupid, considering how high Nunu's ratio's are. Since he doesn't have any hard CCs, it's just begging to be run over.

firing their ult in random ass directions when they die
all their moves randomly fire everywhere
they can randomly spawn akali shrouds for themselves or triple viktor lasers, lux firing her ult in huge circles around herself at 300 mps
