Managed to snag a $15 RE7 for pickup at my local Target yesterday, but this morning they sent me an email saying it's no longer available there or anywhere in a 100-mile radius. Booooo.
Grabbed a 12 month PS+ subscription for $50 at Target. For spending at least $50 there today they gave me a 20% storewide coupon on my next purchase from Nov. 28 - Dec. 10th. Going to use that to pick up gift cards and anything else I wanted that wasn't on sale.
I actually came out ahead of budget this Black Friday. Here's my haul and what I was expecting based on sales I saw prior to today:
Puyo Puyo Tetris - $25 - Nintendo eShop
Evil Within 2 - FREE - Well...FREE or possibly thousands of dollars in carnival games and beer. The wife and I have racked up way, way too much time at Dave and Busters. We had enough tickets won over the last 4 years to get a free game from their little prize shop. We stopped in on our way around the mall, and they had Evil Within, Assassins Creed and Shadow of War there. We cashed in! Saved $25, which is what I was expecting to pay at Amazon.
Wolfenstien 2 - $25 via Amazon
Shadow of War - $25 via Amazon, which is great because I was planning on $30 via Target/Best Buy
Everybody's Golf - $10 via Redbox. was planning on $20 via BestBuy
Prey - $15 - via Target (in store only) Wasn't planning on getting this at all, but the Evil Within money was re-allocated.
Sims 4 - $35 - via Best Buy
Total: $135 for enough games I SHOULD (should being the key word here) be set for things to play until like April/May.
At the moment I'm still debating getting Yakuza 0 (via PSN for $30. I have $30 in my Playstation wallet and should just pull the trigger...), and Mafia 3 for $10 (via Gamefly, just out of curiosity).

I went ahead and got The Dishonored Collection, Valkyria Remastered, KH 2.8 and FFXII:Zodiac Age.
I also wanted Wolfenstein 2 and AC: Origins but I'm trying to limit my spending and I figured they'd be on sale again during the after Christmas sales anyway.
I would redeemed my arcade tickets for the new Assassin's Creed, but you do you.
I literally just started Syndicate like a month ago, so I figured get the one I'll play right away.
And an addendum - who knows if I'll actually be GETTING Wolf2 or Shadow of War, as Amazon has sent it to me using it's Amazon Logistics service, which means a man just repeatedly called my cell phone (why does he have my number?) and yelled at me he can't "figure out" how to drop it off...?
Our apartment has a locker system, that every major carrier has a code to get into and leave your package in a locker and then you get notified. Of course, random joe schmoe from whoever Amazon Logistics hires can't get into it.
So he apparently left and there's no sign of him now and no packages and oh god Amazon Logistics is the literal worst.

@Karoz I think gift cards are on the list of exclusions for that coupon.

This part of the ad seems wrong. Right now it's $399, not $349.
Of course Frys has Ratchet & Clank for $10 after I spend $15; though I assume that's in-store only?
A few of my friends and I pooled our funds and got another friend a PS4. I picked up $20 HZD for him (nearly got the New Order/Old Blood combo as well). For my other friend, I got R&C because he's a fan of the series. I also got him Nier: Automata for $35 at Newegg.
I had a chuckle because I went to Gamestop looking for HZD and others and their preowned prices were more expensive than the prices of new games. Like, I get it, sales blah blah blah, but your stores wouldn't be ghost towns on major shopping days if your used games tracked sale prices. Even offering used HZD for $18 (for example) would get people into the store. I find it hard to believe their pricing database can't be updated quickly enough to allow this to happen. I'm *certain* they know what other retailers are offering for sale prices.

Weird, must have been an ad error or something.
But if anyone is looking for a pro, 15% off at Target.com is working for the system. It's also working for some Switch controllers and accessories, and the Xbox One S as well. (This is online and today only)

Yeah who knows. The website version of the ad has $399 right now. Also, while the 15% works at Target, good luck finding one in stock.

Yeah, what's up with this? I was online a couple hours ago and I swear I saw it as $349 for the PS4 Pro; I freaked out, and stepped away for a moment to consider picking it up today....I came back and it had changed to $399. BOOO!!! That'll teach me to think carefully and avoid rash, impulse-driven decisions!
It stinks, cause I do plan on picking one up soon, mainly because I have a Best Buy card to use for it. I wonder if they'll price match?

I came close to pulling the trigger, but I guess my cheap bastard sense made me want the $50 gift card from Gamestop that allowed me to justify it.

Why doesn't Madden count?
They may have brought it back, but that doesn't mean people want it.
So...you're saying they didn't?
No Madden counts. People assume NBA 2K does and they try to buy it with Madden.
