Ticket Shipping

in PAX South
Just curious for anyone who bought their tickets online; have they shipped to you yet? I'm responsible for my group of friends tickets and not seeing them in the mailbox is worrying. My order says not shipped yet, though I've been charged so I'd like to make sure I'm not the only one now so I know if I need to call someone.

    When you ordered, you should have received an e-mail with the subject "ShowClix Ticketing Account Information". In there is a temporary password and URL (www.showclix.com/login), with that and your e-mail address you'll be able to log in and check on your ticket status.

    Also, lurk the PAX South forum here for a thread titled something like "BOBCAT GET!!" That means somebody got their passes.

    (At some time in the past, to discourage counterfeiting, the forum members were told to not post pictures of their acquired passes, and instead posted pictures of bobcats.)

    Interesting I got an email when I bought my tickets but there is no such link! Im sure mine will show up soon

    1st PAX was Prime 2010. Made it to several more Primes/West. Been to East and South. Headed back to West in 2019 for my 12th PAX.

    We got ours last night! Came as a surprise because my husband doesn't remember getting a shipping confirmation for them, but maybe he missed it or it went to his spam folder or something.

    I'm super paranoid because someone said it looked like junk mail. I'm glad I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten it yet.
