    Yeah, there's not much information on the Fourth Age. It's speculated that as most of them died out in the battle and assumed the rest just died out over the years. Tolkien didn't really get round to expanding much else beyond the end of the War of the Ring.

    I made this again yesterday and it's still pretty great.

    It does require preparation time well in advance though so I guess it probably doesn't help with a sudden pizza requirement right out of the blue.

    I just had some Tony Sacco's coal oven ultra thin pizza.

    Mozzarella as the main cheese with spots of ricotta and crumbled meatballs. It was delish.
