    Apple never puts their stuff on sale.

    That said, new iPads will come out either soonish (12.9" Pro model is rumored), but most likely October/November.

    When that happens, older models that are still really great get discounted to move inventory at all sorts of retailers.

    It's getting almost time for an upgrade, I think.

    My wife's MBA is a mid 2011 model and she needs more storage space, my MBP is a late 2011 and is getting a little long in the tooth.

    I'll probably just get her a hard drive upgrade through OWC and get me a new computer but I dunno.
