First of all: Balefuego finally showed up. He thinks he's been really busy for the past month, but thinks he can still run it with me.
Secondly, I just finished writing the prologue (Read: Fanfic) to the Song of Ice and Fire phalla. If I may say so myself, it's Fucking Amazing, and any fans of the series will love it.

Newham: First game, didn't really do anything other than get hung by my intestines.
Castle Phalla: Formed ad-hoc network that actually worked with Ardor and VisibleHowl, then hooked up with the real one. Combined with the item trading mechanics, the bad guys didn't really have a chance.
Counselor Phalla: Vigilante, ended up outing myself after night two and living until the last day thanks to the guardian (GrimmyTOA). We succeeded in blocking attacks on one or the other of us on three seperate nights. Sadly, I was blindsided by the neutral/mercenary role and made the wrong call at the end.
Communist Phalla: Member of the CIA. Managed to thwart (mole) Bad Kitty's plan to expose identities of all five members, can't remember if we actually hit any bad guys other than her.
Arc Phalla: Got two one-time vig kills, got a stonecutter and (I think?) an evil.
Phalla phalla: Bad guy. Got nuked day 1 by the neutrals, but managed to arrange voting schenanigans in the dead thread to kill one of the good guys the second last night and led to an excellent final day.
Phalla Royalle: Killed two people, then got sporked by FWD.
Sicily: Mini-phalla, pretty bland game.
Phalliad: Involved in network early on, then killed night 3 in the massive bloodbath. Helped organize Deadwork.
Mole Phalla: Wasn't in the network, but came up with the voluntary suicide plan after the mid-game conversions. Sucks that we had to resort to that, but without a seer and with a 50% chance each of being evil we didn't have much choice. Died shortly thereafter.
French Revolution: This game was such a clusterfuck it was hilarious. Must hold the record by far for bad guys revealing themselves to the village; I didn't have much choice because Aldo was told who I was in his role PM.
Ai Sedai (however you spell it) Phalla: Didn't really do anything in this game.
Soviet Phalla: By far my biggest/most evil success. Came up with a plan that decimated the network and resulted in the infamous Eri incident. We got El Jeffe elected General Secretary three times, twice after he had pretty much publicly declared himself evil, and DevoutlyApathetic successfully posed as a special for four days after being seered the first night. Managed to keep four out of seven people alive the whole game, a feat I think was only bested by the SS13 crew.
Obviously people noticed, but I got slammed with RL. Quitting job, back to university again, moving and renovating a new house. Your turn on Phalla hosting is so far away and then it lands at the worst point possible.
Seems like some people were actually looking forward to mine (wtf!) so I'll still try to run it if that's still cool. However, it looks like I have a few days? I won't be ready to run mine next so whoever was expecting to skip over me should run theirs still.
I'll try to finish putting everything together and drop it on Ardor to go over. ;-)

I should have time to help you take a look at things for you if you'd like, last week was a bit busy for me.

I've got this one for you, Infidel. (I'm doing Balefuegos)
I'm good to go with mine when Squashua finishes up.
Pluto - PhalLOST going at least 1 more day (10 days), possibly to 11. I expected it to go till 10 but no longer than that; they're constantly abusing the resurrection ability. :-)
Kill these castaways off and declare them all losers.

You know, you could very well start rolling signups any day now. :P They usually go up in the last day of the main game, and it'll definitely get some life going.
The last few days of a game always slow activity to a crawl in this board.
Well, at least among the Phallites(is that a word?).
Edit Edit: It's a 40-man game, and I'm not sure how the weekend will influence the starting time yet. I'm still yet open to suggestions.
Unless you've got some kind of "Round 0" built into it I really wouldn't start it on Friday or Saturday. I think having the first day end Monday night would be better off.

I'm probably going to put up the game thread on Friday, and extend the first night to encompass the entire weekend, ending on Monday at 9:00 PST.
However, it all depends on how fast it fills up. If there is enough interest, I could start tomorrow.

Or Sunday.
Fri and Sat are definitely not good days to start a Phalla.

I don't think you're going to hit 40 people that quick, but then again, the last two hit the 70s/80s awful easy...
Just an FYI (as this had been beaten around a couple IMs); a couple of us just asked for permission to manage a Secret Phallus (essentially a Secret Santa, but just for Phalla players - ODAM, SE++ and D&D Phalla players who actively participated in at least 1 Phalla game would qualify), but it received a !kill vote Secret Phallus. Phalla players as a group are considered a sub-group and sub-groups can't host their own Secret Satans here.
Makes me wonder if Phalla games should have their own forum so we don't disturb the general discussions.
I'm sure I'll be infracted if this post is out of line, but I figured I'd let you know that we at least tried.

I've never liked the idea of games having their separate forum, because it lessens the chances of outsiders taking notice, though on the bright side, there's nothing stopping us from organizing a Secret Santa through other means, is there?

We can't just !nominate Secret Phallus into victory? :P
In any case, most of you hang out in D&D anyhow, so I'm sure some of us will end up paired if people sign up for their secret santa thing anyway.

Yeah, well the idea behind it was that the gift would be Phalla-themed. Like maybe a copy of "Are you a Werewolf" or some sort of spy gear or something inventive like that.

And then the box explodes and my entrails are used to strangle my dog? Forget that.

Wow, that's really weird since the only ODAM Satan thing is mini specific and they're just a subset of this forum.
Of course, the idea of a general ODAM Satan thing would require somebody to organize it....

It isn't even called ODAM anymore! We should rebel!

Besides, playing in yours would be too much fun.
TehSpectre, I'd say you but I wager you'll have much more fun with it in-game. :P
Also, m'looking into running a near-vanilla mini-phalla.
I'm still up for it if CJ isn't interested.
I may actually have use for both of you.
Let me get back to you in the morning.
Secondly, I just finished writing the prologue (Read: Fanfic) to the Song of Ice and Fire phalla. If I may say so myself, it's Fucking Amazing, and any fans of the series will love it.

I'll be helping out with part of Disgaea: Phalla of Darkness, I think.

Belatedly, sure. I'd probably have more fun learning about something I know nothing about from behind-the-scenes than actually during the game.
I should have time to help you take a look at things for you if you'd like, last week was a bit busy for me.

Gives us something to talk about and gear up for, as well as getting the game started earlier.
I prefer Phallaholics.

Bliss, that avatar almost gave me a heart attack.

I mean, what the hell. 13-14 rounds?
Bwahaha. It shall be the game that never ends.
Like the show.
