I don't know what he's been doing but it seems to be working. He jumped up to 23%, right behind Trump, and my parents seem to like him for some reason. Probably just needs to coast through the debate and he'll be ok.

Every time the camera guy desperately tries to find a scheme of panning & zooming that will make Blitzer look impressive, but Blitzer spoils the moment with an awkward head scratch or by getting lost in his notes / the teleprompter, you drink.

Aha! But the secret to making this game work is that the camera man's efforts become more and more intermittent as the broadcast continues, until they entirely give up and just resort to flat cuts with no pan or zoom at all.
