After a brief hiatus I'm back in this year too! Sort excited I really missed it last year. Being a parent means often knowing 90% of what's under the tree, this is always an awesome surprise.

I need to decide if I'm doing it this year. I always have fun, but last year wasn't as easy since I got a foreign santee. It just limited my options quite a bit because shipping is so expensive and I felt like I couldn't put a personal spin on it aka cookies. I'll probably do it though.

That was a lot of fun, I'm surprised how some people in thread seemed to figured out who I was and what my hints were. I'm not sure I will make it this year. With a <1 year old, money is not free. I have to consult Mrs. Alure on this.
I can't decide if I should not join in this year because two months ago we moved 1400 miles (CA -> TX) and I'm still pretty depressed about it* or if that's precisely the reason I SHOULD join.
*And all the normal reasons like, hardly posted this year, busy, etc.

I think stalking is going to be hard on my Santa this year. I haven't been posting in the steam thread because A) I've been broke and those fuckers are scary and I just haven't been gaming on my PC because it's older and can't handle new shit as well as my consoles. I did a ton of posting in the FFXIV but I quit playing that for now. P5 got delayed until next year and I'm all sad about that. P4:DAN changed Rise's voice and I just can't handle it. Even the book I was looking forward to got delayed until next year (in America. Damn it England, stop holding my books hostage).
I'm back in a call center and doing tech support again is ... well ... doing tech support. Why am I so damn good at walking tech illiterate people through things? I have a lot of downtime so I'm thinking of trying to teach myself some sort of programming instead of my normal 'crochet many blankets' mode. I've been working on my reading backlog and I'm powering through shit.

This is kind of me too. I've been playing a lot of xbox one, ps4, and surprisingly enough psp (damn good system). My PC is getting old as well and I'm starting to realize how much more I appreciate having a physical copy of a game. PC lately has basically been a WoW machine.

Last year was the first in a long time that I didn't do this. I was on a self-imposed exile from the forums due to a severe lack of free time thanks to new baby, long hours of new job, and a recent move. There's a lot I missed while on my break, but nothing more than G&T Secret Santa.
