So uh, @cabsy, I'd have preferred to reveal this differently but I was your Satan this year

I had another gift lined up on Etsy that I ordered way back at the start of December, but the shop owner seems to have screwed me over. They registered a shipping label on the 30th but haven't responded to any of my inquiries for the last several weeks. I just reported them to Etsy at the end of last week and hopefully I'll be able to get that last item out to you eventually.

The Japanese poem was something a friend helped me put together and this is the actual translation!

I guarantee that when the Michigan Ren Fest rolls around this year I'm gonna be mad reppin' that beard charm! So! today I got about four boxes delivered to my work. Two of them were lab equipment (boring!), but the other two were mysteries.

It was a long day but finally this evening I grabbed some time to crack into the Glorious Mystery Boxes of Wonder. What could be inside???


Starting with the heaviest (naturally) - some kind of tiny neutron star? compressed Aardvark dung? Nope. Considerably better!

Agreed. Although I thought the knives were kind of hanging loose, not confined in a clear case. I was thinking I'd never be able to have that as the cats would manage to dismember themselves on the very first day I had it in the kitchen.

Yeah, I meant to do more work on the puzzles there, but I kept running into issues of having to actually do work instead of solving forum riddles
