    i think that, if i designed a fighting game, i would not give any characters specials that are fully invincible enough to work as a wakeup reversal or block-string-breaking reversal

    maybe, maybe escape specials, but in general i really prefer when characters are forced to expend meter to use a universal defensive option that does low damage, like a V-reversal, alpha counter, burst, etc.

    i say this before mashing out no less than seventeen DPs in a match using Necalli, of course

    At least those DPs are counter on recovery, with crush counter.

    I still think I agree that games are better off without fully invuln from frame 1 moves without meter expenditure.

    But at least in this game it's HUGE risk for decent reward for most of the cast to wakeup DP.

    Just heard on the Capcom Fighters stream that they confirmed Color unlocks will NOT be purchaseable in the store. The only way to get colors (3-10 anyways) is survival mode.

    Yeah ive just been too lazy.. and sometimes the comnections been fine. Id do it if it didnt mean taking the ps4 from my living room to my pc, especially since i got a friend coming over to play in an hour or so.

    Ill do it eventually. I need lots of help im the karin matchup.

    Man LP piledriver on Gief is way way longer range than I thought it was, it's kind of nuts. Cr.MP on block and St.Mp on hit set up tick throws for it too... not from all distances but the distances it works for look way too far to get grabbed, then woops grabbed.

    my TV is an 8 year old LCD TV with almost a full half second of input lag, so I got a lagless monitor on sale

    i now have three progressively larger screens set up directly in front of me in the living room
