and I was on the phone with my mom at the same time as my brother, it turns out, was talking to him over League chat about League stuff since the thing he'd disappeared to do turned out to be league

It's basically a series of wiki articles on various magical/supernatural/just weird objects, areas, and people, and the methods the Secure Contain Protect Foundation uses to keep them from causing havoc. There's a lot of focus on redacted information, moral ambiguity, creepiness/horror, and a general sense of uncertainty. It also generally has very high quality control besides the joke articles.
TL;DR: Good creepypasta.
