No one has; winning requires you to play the whole game through, a phenomenon which has never happened.
Only because people are too stupid to play by the actual rules. Wake up sheeple, your house rules are a lie!
No, it's still terrible with or without the actual rules. It's a master class on how to make a terrible board game. Roll-to-move, player elimination, no player agency, etc. The only thing good about it is the component quality, which is above average for board games nowadays (slightly above "Everything is cardboard crap" and below Krosmaster Arena or Star Wars: I Have Too Many Figurines minis).
How is that even going to work given many scenes/players don't last four years and inherently have sponsorships if they're good enough to be scholarship material?

Yes, Blizzard. I would like to try the battle.net alpha client. These exciting new features better include the overwatch beta or I'm going to make a skin suit out of your tier 1...nevermind
I just shaved. I think I look better with my beard.
Woe unto me.

Oh wow, Blizzard. Battle.net voice chat.
Gosh we all sure were asking for that.
Yes, I am glad you took the time to develop this exciting new feature instead of devoting those dev hours to increasing the server capacity of the overwatch beta

Oh the next Overwatch short will be available exclusively on PSN
well, at least I get to watch that by turning on my xbone, starting the tv app, then turning on my ps4, and watching it in the most indulgent way possible.
1. my uncle is the chancellor of UC Irvine and I need to talk to him and see if this was him or what (my cousin does play LoL...)
2. I told my dad about this last night and the following exchange ensued

Well yeah, that was definitely a thing, but I think it's a lot simpler to say e.g. "We will pay for your college if you win this tournament" than to say "We, the college, will give you a scholarship for e-Sports" since scholarships tend to imply some kind of requirements to keep.

Castle, I think you look better with beard, but you look great without it too.

Who is funding it is less important to me than the question about how you enforce an e-sports scholarship.
Like, what, does Riot say "tough luck" if they don't qualify for an LCS qualifier?

Depends on what the requirements are. Sounds like it is to maintain and play on the school team. Possibly making a collegiate league as a side league.
Like I said I think Heroes of the Dorm influenced a lot.

Woo! Division was pretty bare-bones (though fun); some additional stuff will be nice.
All true men are.
Brothers of the beard.

Huh did Howard make this happen?"
him: "GGGGGG. Are you sure it’s not a premature 1 Apr story?"
me: "uhhhhh...I don't know. Seems real?
what on earth is GGGGGGG

him: "pronounced jeez."
me: "ohhhhh

They aren't posting the date, but apparently it's mid april?
I really really hope it's after April 15th.
I got a little excited when I saw your ship.
Riot is funding the scholarship.
He is
I'm straight and yet the idea of castle/eddy slash fic is not an unpleasant thought
I would call it east meats west
in retrospect i am very confused as to how i held this position
