To me they're a series of wholly adaquate action films that have the benefit of contributing to a shared universe. Occasionally you'll get one that's super great, but for the most part they're simply passable, entertaining films.

I really like Marvel's movies, but the only ones I've been super jazzed about were Iron Man, Avengers, Guardians, Winter Soldier, and Civil War. The rest have been fun, but nothing special.
Yeah, the vast majority of them are just 2-hours of decent entertainment. Hear some funny quips, see some interesting action scenes, hero wins, post credit scene that makes me go "Oh shit, what's next?"
and I NEVER re-listen to episodes of podcasts I'm on (though i'm told our twa was good)
the only podcasts I listen to are episodes where I guest star so if anyone is looking for exactly one new listener, you know where I'll be (on the internet)
The power rangers PINK miniseries will be following Kimberly AFTER she leaves the rangers, and Goldar is the main antagonist
Between a bunch of high quality collectables, two rad comic books, and a highly popular fancast, it's the best time to be a Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers fan since the mid-90's

This is actually really funny to me because I was listening to some old Bombcasts the other day and they start talking about Uncharted 3 but he hadn't finished it yet and he absolutely didn't want to hear a word and was going to leave the room so they could talk about it

But my affinity for the superhero genre as a whole could be described as "atypical in it's intensity" so i'm probably not the best judge

Most of the rest of it is good action fare that's elevated by being able to shunt off character development time to the extended universe aspects.
That said civil war may have derailed my enjoyment, we will see if I get see the next one
