Dd/lg dynamic isn't necessarily about the age thing, and the age of the little/babygirl varies a lot. For me it's more about the notion of being a protector but also completely in charge

I love the power-dynamic, but referring to someone as "Daddy" would be awkward to me. I would definitely do "Sir" or "Master" before "Daddy"!

Little, as an abbreviation for little girl or little boy, however, squicks me the fuck out.
I chose my wording poorly there, and used a term that was loaded with a lot more meaning than I intended to convey.
What I meant to say was, this is a community where a level of really awful financial irresponsibility, well beyond ordinary college kid "never lived away from home before" levels, is encouraged for female students, both by school authorities and religious leaders, who are often the same people. The explicit directive is to not worry too much about education, if it gets in the way of landing a Husband. I am looking for a partner, not a dependent. So when ladies in a certain age bracket in Provo start sniffing around my profile, despite it being full of pictures of my gnarly sasquatch bod and numerous mentions of my odious nerd hobbies, I don't think it's unreasonable to be deeply cynical about their motivations.
And then there's just the fact that I'm not super comfortable with the age difference, even if some of them do turn out to have their shit together as far as responsible adulthood is concerned.
