SPOOKY MUSIC

This is a spooky little short film of Camille Saint-Saens' "Danse Macabre" that PBS aired in the 1970s or 80s and that my grade school music teacher would put in the VCR every year on Halloween. Thirty years later I remember it vividly, and here it is.

Danse Macabre is also the name of a non-fiction book by Stephen King that looks at the history of horror fiction. It was written in the early eighties, so it's dated, and it's hardly exhaustive, but it's a fun, interesting read from someone who is obviously a scholar of the field.

It released like a week after a Path of Exile league started and lol if I am playing anything else during that time.
