    do a series of quests on the first, learn from the people there, they learn from you, return to the source an even better <insert job or class here>

    Dancer and Gunbreaker will have job quests on the First. I imagine all the others will have you return from the first at level 80, and have a new story quest with your Source mentor to round things out.

    Listen, if we're only getting role stories and not job stories all of them better be good. Gonna suck if like every healer gets stuck with PLD job quest level crap.
