My first playthrough of DXHR was no-kill, I'm sorry you don't have the restraint of only beating people into a persistent vegetative state.

@Thomamelas that is a neat observation that I will pass on.

@RonaldoTheGypsy I know but buying a console for that game alone seems ludicrous.

seriously tho, if it works and I could leave that on my countertop and spray real butter into the pan or on bread or popcorn and avoid the nonsense, its not a bad tool.

I suspect it does not work as well as advertised.

For the pan I just take the stick of butter an apply directly to a warm pan. Literally grab the stick and press the end into the pan. It costs 0 dollars.

You're under arrest for theft of butter and a pan

:edit: and whatever you used to warm the pan with!

It was free pan and stove and butter day at Costco. You missed it.

and I wonder about my neighbors even though I don't have them
but they're listening to every word I say

You know, I would take back everything bad I ever said about Elon Musk if his next project was building fission reactors.

Think about it, it all fits his MO. Take an existing technology that's considered too expensive or unpopular to invest big money into, build a sexy version of it, call it innovation, and bob's your uncle.

I cringed a little when Elon Musk is name dropped along with Einstein in Star Trek Discovery.
They were actually referring to his son, Elon Musk Jr., who only exists in the Star Trek timeline.

    Haha.

Now this dude is complaining about having to wait 30 minutes to talk to me. I check - the total time he's been connected to us, including automatic greeting, including wait, including the 10 minutes of troubleshooting we've done is 20 minutes.

So Doki Doki Literature Club was interesting

The horror elements definitely work, and are an interesting demonstration of unconventional storytelling

The thing I didn't like about it though was that in the end it still just kind of felt like a demo, an art piece, but not any kind of finished piece of storytelling.

It's all build up but there's no narrative closure or resolution. Even if you do it all it never really feels complete.

Also it's a bit thematically scattered, there's lots of subversive ideas in there but not all of them gel together, it never really wraps everything up together.

    It's definitely interesting though.

A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.

Is there something like Unity with an asset store but for anime? Because I googled that game and I feel like I've seen several games that look exactly like that.
