[nba] franken-warriors rise as curse of the brook settles over lakers

I worry because they were on the way to the game. It's s possible she has teammates with her and their families/A guardian with them.
I'll keep saying it. No one should play tonight.
Ugh. What a fucking thing to happen.

He was a big kobe fan if I remember right even though he's from boston.
12 Sports AZ deleted the video, likely because they suddenly got a lot of very angry phone calls.
First thing Simmons has written in 2 years.
I wonder if this will go league wide
For reference in the major American sports there are only two league wide retired numbers
Jackie Robinson's 42 in the mlb and Wayne Gretzky's 99 in the nhl
This is all still pretty surreal. Guy was still contributing so much to the sport after his retirement, is one of the many reasons it stings.
Very, very sad stuff.
It was confirmed that his wife and youngest daughter were on board (she was a teammate with Kobes daughter). 😥
Wait, what? Not only his daughter but the mother too?
I feel like all teams should do this. I love Mark Cuban.
You really need to read more carefully before posting "it was confirmed" because I've just checked CNN and Vanessa Bryant was definitively not on board per all reports.
And if you have something that does confirm new information, post the link, don't just post "it was confirmed"
Fucking sad. I was never a big Kobe fan, but losing him like this (and his daughter as well) sucks.
Relevant CNN article:

He would come across as an arrogant player most of the time (to me at least), but his skill was undeniable. And he backed that up with titles.
Yeah. Is on the pilot and whoever authorized the take off, those are not safe flying conditions, no wonder the company owning the helicopter doesn't want to answer calls, they can be held fully responsible. For starters, Kobe's family should sue the shit out of them.
Law and Order ≠ Justice
Christ. Watching videos of Kobe showing the ropes to his daughter is now heartbreaking. As The Ringer writes, he didn't died like The Black Mamba, but as a father spending time with his daughter.
