I dunno, they do a fantastic job of Metroid, and I wouldn't want them to expand any time soon
So supposedly we're not going to hear much else until Friday/later.
Which just begs the question: why the fuck would you hold a media day and NOT want any press coverage? Isn't generating media hype pretty much the entire point of these kinds of events?

I just don't really see the difference between today and Friday.
Some of it is magazine getting exclusive previews/news too, so some info wont be out for a while.

Ah, I see. Those damn print mags. And it's not the Friday part that bugs me - it's the 'later'.

Once this game is finished, I think they could really do something great with an original IP. They've more than proven themselves as developers, there's no reason to give them Gunpei Yokoi's hand-me-downs (also if they stop making Metroid's, maybe Nintendo will finally get around to making Metroid 5).

A couple of days ago, I was joking with her about Disney making a High School Musical game and how it wouldn't happen but the things they'd do to mess it up if they did. :oops:
