Zeratul level 20 changes are long overdue, but they unfortunately do nothing in regards to Twilight Falls. Literally that is a Delete Any Hero In The Game button on a 20 second cooldown and it's fucking insane. HOWEVER! It provides some interesting options when taking Void Prison now. Although granted I did actually like Nexus Blades. I'm not sure why they just up and removed it, it was a good talent. Cleave build also don't give a shit because they want the Ancestral from Shadow Mending every 3 fucking seconds. Maybe this doesn't actually do anything?
Cassia changes whoo hoo!!! This is basically almost exactly what I wanted. Reverts of nerfs, buffs a plenty, HUGE huge change to Avoidance. Fantastic.
Genji buffs WHUH OH LMAO. That Way of the Shimada talent looks real spicy tho....
I don't quite think they nerfed Tracer enough but we'll see. Untouchable was definitely an offender, like, that talent would still be legit good even if they removed the Blink component to it. Whatevs. She'll definitely need more nerfs but w/e I guess.

Developer Comment: The two defining unique attributes to Stitches are his ability to displace enemies from long range and his incredibly high Health pool that he is able to manipulate with Devour and various talent interactions. We’re doubling down in his Health pool in this buff, which should let him stick around even longer in teamfights to harass enemies and protect his teammates.

There are a few talents in particular that will give the Vikings powerful benefits when they fight together, which should reward players who are able to properly micro them during combat. We hope these changes open up new playstyles that never existed before, which should be exciting for those who take the time to master these Heroes.

This should move him into a better place, particularly in regards to his survivability in more general situations.

I've been trying out nuCassia 2.0 edition. Any good builds you'd recommend Dibby?

Cassia's got three builds at the moment, Q Build, E build, and AA build. I've tried both Q and E, haven't messed with AA yet. E's my favorite so I'll start there.
1- Impale. Harder hitting E below 50% health, pretty self explanatory. Increased cast range too.
4- Plate of the Whale. Always always ALWAYS take this talent. Trust me on this, it's that fucking good. Provides an insane amount of regen, honestly. That coupled with the 30 Armor makes you SUPER hard to kill.
7- Grounding Rod. Slow on E makes it harder for them to get out of the E. Bonus now that it works on Q, too!
10- Ball Lightning. Just extra burst. Valkyrie is good too, but it's harder to use.
13- War Matron. Now you're fucking invincible. Get the fuck in there, my son. Full fucking Protected during Fend and for 1 second after is nuts. Fend is now your safest fucking button, full stop. You can use Fend in interesting ways now too, like using it on a minion to proc the Protected to negate a Pyroblast or something. Also, you can 100% dive someone under a Fort and walk away unpunished.
16- Static Electricity. 4 charges of Q and Q bolts when Fending? Shit yeah. Not much to say otherwise, it's a very versatile talent that's just plain good.
20- Infinite Lightning. At the very worst, it's just CDR on your Ult. At the very best, you get multiple Balls rolling at once.
This build does a fuckton of burst damage and excels in finishing people off. E is good button.
There's also Q build, which is a bit more poke oriented:
1- Thunderstroke. Stacking damage on Q. Just land Qs get stacks. Easy. Q will hit VERY hard by the end of the game. 500-600+.
4- Whale it up baby. Plate of the Whale is fuckin' godlike just trust.
7- Grounding Rod OR Surge of Light. Surge of Light is just an extra burst button. Hits very hard, charges up just by taking damage. Just have to remember to use it.
10- Ball, Valk if you're good with it.
13- War Traveler. Extra movespeed good. Also instant mount! Don't forget you can mount up in combat and run someone down, too.
16- Static Electricity. Yup, this talent is just plain better than the pierce one, even for Q build (especially for Q build).
20- Ult Upgrade.
I've tried Q build a few times. Feels a bit funky to me, yet somehow I'm still shitting out damage and getting a bunch of kills so who knows. E build feels more effective overall, to me.
And finally, the AA build:

7- Surge of Light
10- Ball
13- Gloves of Alacrity

New functionality: After 1.5 seconds, Ancestral Healing is cast a second time on the same target. Allies near the target are healed for 590.
Developer Comment: We’re changing Farseer’s Blessing to have a more universally powerful effect by having it proc a second time after its initial cast. This should give Ancestral Healing a lot more flexibility in its use cases since it can now save a single ally over a long period of time or potentially even heal Rehgar’s team for a massive amount if they stay grouped together.

Developer Comment: We experimented a bit with Ranger and Darnassian Archery by making them fairly sharp in their use cases with incredibly high theoretical rewards. In Tyrande’s case this hasn’t panned out as we had hoped, so we’re making them more generally useful, which we believe will be a net increase to their power.

Developer Comment: Bulwark of Light’s original planned change a few months ago was to give Divine Shield to all nearby Heroes. We thought that was too crazy, so we toned it down to only give 1 additional Hero the ability. The current iteration is not performing as well as we had hoped, so we’re going back to our crazy idea. Hopefully this doesn’t break the game.

Developer Comment: Whitemane is performing very well in regards to her overall power, but we think her talents could use some work in their competitiveness. These changes should open up some new synergies that did not exist before, which should help her tree be more healthy overall. We believe the changes to Scarlet Wrath and Radiance in particular will enable some new and interesting ways to play Whitemane by rewarding her for properly managing her Desperation Stacks in conjunction with when she chooses to cast Zeal.

She is a little underperforming, so we’re buffing her Health and making some changes to various talents to improve their competitiveness and Qhira’s overall power. Fatal Wounds is currently representing too much of her power pie, so we’re reducing that talent’s power while improving various other parts of her tree to compensate.

We’re making some changes to increase her power level and to make her more accessible, which should make her a lot more formidable.

Developer Comment: Genji has posted a low overall win rate for some time. While we believe he is still quite powerful in the hands of capable players, the skill requirement to be effective on him is a little too high for the vast majority of players. We’re slightly buffing his health and reducing his overall mobility with Cyber Agility, in addition to buffing a few of his underperforming talents. This should move him into a better place, particularly in regards to his survivability in more general situations.

Cassia's got three builds at the moment, Q Build, E build, and AA build. I've tried both Q and E, haven't messed with AA yet. E's my favorite so I'll start there.
1- Impale. Harder hitting E below 50% health, pretty self explanatory. Increased cast range too.
4- Plate of the Whale. Always always ALWAYS take this talent. Trust me on this, it's that fucking good. Provides an insane amount of regen, honestly. That coupled with the 30 Armor makes you SUPER hard to kill.
7- Grounding Rod. Slow on E makes it harder for them to get out of the E. Bonus now that it works on Q, too!
10- Ball Lightning. Just extra burst. Valkyrie is good too, but it's harder to use.
13- War Matron. Now you're fucking invincible. Get the fuck in there, my son. Full fucking Protected during Fend and for 1 second after is nuts. Fend is now your safest fucking button, full stop. You can use Fend in interesting ways now too, like using it on a minion to proc the Protected to negate a Pyroblast or something. Also, you can 100% dive someone under a Fort and walk away unpunished.
16- Static Electricity. 4 charges of Q and Q bolts when Fending? Shit yeah. Not much to say otherwise, it's a very versatile talent that's just plain good.
20- Infinite Lightning. At the very worst, it's just CDR on your Ult. At the very best, you get multiple Balls rolling at once.
This build does a fuckton of burst damage and excels in finishing people off. E is good button.
There's also Q build, which is a bit more poke oriented:
1- Thunderstroke. Stacking damage on Q. Just land Qs get stacks. Easy. Q will hit VERY hard by the end of the game. 500-600+.
4- Whale it up baby. Plate of the Whale is fuckin' godlike just trust.
7- Grounding Rod OR Surge of Light. Surge of Light is just an extra burst button. Hits very hard, charges up just by taking damage. Just have to remember to use it.
10- Ball, Valk if you're good with it.
13- War Traveler. Extra movespeed good. Also instant mount! Don't forget you can mount up in combat and run someone down, too.
16- Static Electricity. Yup, this talent is just plain better than the pierce one, even for Q build (especially for Q build).
20- Ult Upgrade.
I've tried Q build a few times. Feels a bit funky to me, yet somehow I'm still shitting out damage and getting a bunch of kills so who knows. E build feels more effective overall, to me.

13- Gloves of Alacrity

Haven't tried this one yet. Seems a bit more reliant on having a frontline/healer to pull off.
