I am faced with the stark knowledge that I, in fact, do not know how frequently a normal adult human poops.
Is this good? Is this bad? Is this startlingly ignorant? Does this mean I have lived an unexamined life? What other things am I supposed to know? What is the normal rate of blinking? Am I breathing wrong??
I remember I took a health class at the community college where the teacher stressed to us that if you did not poop at least once a day, this was very bad and you should change your diet / see a doctor about it. She was very insistent about this.

I had a friend in primary school whose grandmother (he lived with his grandparents) did not shit for nearly two weeks. After about 5 days she was admitted to hospital, and they tried all sorts of things, but she was at the point where she was barfing up shit and extremely close to just straight up dying, then one day she just fucking unleashed and took like a 5 pound dump and was basically fine after that.
Just thinking about the volume involved if I were to do a 3-day shit is terrifying
I typically poop once or twice a day, but one time I ate too much junk food and did not drink enough water, and I did a three day poop.
I physically felt lighter afterwards.
It was like I'd lost a significant amount of weight (when truthfully I hadn't actually, it was a voluminous poo, but still not something you would be able to intrinsically feel).
