If we're using Beelzebub as a term for the Devil as an entity, then I think my other answer is fairly obvious
If we're using his name to mean a specific devil, then probably his Sandman iteration
If we're considering Beelzebub as a corrupted form of Ba'al Zebub and therefore synonymous with Ba'al, then I'm fond of Ba'al Hammon, personally

I actually haven't seen the baby Beelzebub anime, but he popped up when I was trying to google and see what versions of Beelzebub I missed.
I forgot the Grandblue one too even though I actually have that fighting game.
The anime is apparently a rather poor adaptation of the manga, and shifts the age target down by about 5-7 years. From what I've heard, I wouldn't recommend it.
Beelzebub the manga is great, and is hilarious, but is an unfortunate example of a series that axed and has a rushed-as-hell ending.
Out of all of those given the Helltaker ones definitely seem the most inspired and I can't be arsed to try and think of all the visual depictions of beezlebub.
I thought I'd look up "Beezle Bub" as it'd be funny if there was a baby devil in the running. But I got a anime about a baby son of Satan who spends all his time with his willy showing so I won't post that.

Beelzebub from the SMT/Persona series isn't particularly exciting from a design standpoint, but as a party member in Nocturne he fucking rules so I'm gonna go with that
Castlevania, Helltaker, Killing Slimes for 300 Years, Sandman, and Good Omens all do something with the Lord of Flies bit, most of the others seem to just go with being a demon or demon-like.

Prove it, nerd.
Which I now realize was just about 25 years ago. Fuck.
Helltaker's version left the biggest impression, though.

That's not Metatron, that's just a normal human interested in purchasing pornography.

I wish I had remembered the versions from Sandman, Granblue, and Good Omens.
