    My physio said that my shoulder is definitely stronger and more stable than last week and I've obviously been doing the exercises properly.

    We got Presidents’ Day off as a holiday, so I did a 40km bike ride, stopped in the middle to have lunch with the bf near his workplace, and bought several socks and a sundress at 75% off on the way home. Success!
    … I mean I went into the store looking for a fuzzy jumper and no luck with that, but hey it’s still a win.

    Now I’m eating knock off brand pringles on the couch with zero guilt.

    Fell off the wall again. Also talked with front desk person and we finagled that I bought the day pass, paid for my first month, and won't be charged till April, cause otherwise it made most sense to just not come till March 1st and that's silly.

    I slept weird and woke up with a crick in my neck and a headache. But I took some advil and now it's reached that stage where I can feel the warm sensation of my head trying to ache but not managing it.

    Good luck with that, headache, just go off and ache by yourself, serves you right.

    Went and climbed a real full size wall! Auto belays...are a thing I am thankful for, and have never experienced anything else, and I'm already sure they kinda suck? Still, glad it's there Just did some 5.5, 5.6 stuff, and one 5.6 had one move near the top I absolutely just couldn't send (still fun to try) and man, that was a quick lesson that I apparently trusted that auto belay. Cause I was OUT of there.

    Not really my triumph, but I'm still super proud of my 15 year old niece who won 3rd place at regionals for powerlifting! She's 86lbs and has only been lifting weights for about 6 months, but has really taken to it and improved so much. This was the first time I've been able to see her compete and it was quite a cool experience
