I think it depends heavily on how the existing locker room takes to their return.
I don't think HHH is going to bring them back just to fuck them over immediately, but he might also be forced to try and keep existing talent happy, and wrestlers are capable of incredibly stupid opinions.
Like, it'd be dumb to job them out, but it might also be dumb to put them over.
On the other hand those two should have been mega-stars and being booked like it for years. Sasha is the one out of the four horsewomen who has the best mic skills, in-ring work, and just has presence. The women's division and the company should have been booked around her.

Agreed that Sasha and Naomi should be booked like stars but I personally think Sasha is the worst promo of the four horsewomen. Her in ring work, and non-verbal character stuff is unimpeachable though
