I can maybe get a Pixel 7 AND a cheaper plan, maybe, I'll have to go into the store tomorrow to find out. I'm leery about trying to do it online since I get an employee discount (My employer is owned by Bell) and I want to make sure that carries over.
I guess, is there any reason I shouldn't get a Pixel 7? I want to stay in the Android ecosystem, though, I've had iPhones in the past and I'm not a fan of having to have a special cable for each and every device. Right now everything I own charges on USB-C. But is the current gen Samsung, like, ridiculously better? Or is it all the same shit?
(The reason I've kept my Pixel 2 so long is it has a fingerprint scanner on the back, which means you can unlock it with how you naturally hold the device. No one does that anymore (Actually, since, as far as I know), so I'm unhappy about this overall, but I looked up replacing the battery and it's not easy to do on the Pixel 2 so I'm resigned to getting a new phone at some point)

If you haven’t heard, HBO is removing more of their content off their platform and selling it to other services, including shows that have only been released for a few weeks.
This allows them to double-dip on profits; they get the licensing money from the new outlets and don’t have to pay residuals on the content to the creatives that made it

- I'd bought a prewired pickguard with Fender custom shop Texas Specials, waxed pots, cloth wiring but it was tortoise shell and I wanted to use the mint one I had, so I had to rip everything out of one and put it in the other, then re-solder everything.
- Swapped out the garbage vintage copy tuners for less garbage locking ones that still look vintage
- Scuffed up everything some more
Sounds great but still needs some setup work.
