The purifier is probably fine given its got some aoe boomf for packs of the voteless. The plas1 I don't think would be ideal. You need more sustained daka than strong punch from what I have seen. It would work but probably overkill for most targets.
I was trying it out for Overseers with the MG-43 as my Voteless clearing option. Honestly didn't do that great. I did try it into bots and it did "fine" there. I'm not sure I'd rush to replace the DCS or Crossbow as my option there though.
I also tried the new SMG into squids (with AMR as my support weapon) and it was okay. Sucks down ammo but with the new armor set and all the ammo laying around I never ran dry.
Medium pen is only required for harvester legs, overseer headshots, and maybe jetpacks? Makes a world of difference if you're into markmanship, but the way their armor flakes off means you can body pretty much anything out there with light pen.
The liberators seem like a good example. Overseer TTK goes up from P->C, but they all felt pretty balanced. The C stunlocks the shit out of them and strips warpship shields pretty well, iirc. Felt like it would be a really good compliment in a duo with a crossbow or something.
Yup stuff that hits a lot seems more useful vs illuminate than most things. I am almost tempted to try the scythe tonight a bit to see how that fares lots of fast hits, infinite ammo if careful, sets crap on fire could be strong.
I have not tried yet but I assume the cookout and fire breaker are pretty amusing vs illuminates.
The high per-bullet damage and zero recoil, combined with how slow overseers move, lets you drill a hole in their armor and then kill them through it. You don't even need to aim for their head, you can just aim central mass and can get the job done so long as you land your shots.
It can also remove the shields from landed UFOs and Harvesters in less than a clip, so my squid loadout has been Tenderizer, Grenade Pistol, and Queso Cannon to take care of those from a distance both safely and easily.
Try doing a mission. I got the armor just logging in, but the rest came after a mission.
nope, guess we'll see in a few days/contact support if that doesn't work
It definitely seems to be begging to be used in conjunction with a machinegun, because you're going to need some chaff clearance to go with that. I might try it as a substitute for the Adjudicator or Scorcher which I usually take to complement the MG.
Also, Roadblock armor with Devastator helmet looks pretty great! I don't know who I am, I don't know what I'm doing, all I know is I must kill spread democracy.
I'm warming up to it. It does a good job of killing rocket striders and devastators. Not so hot in a run and gun situation though and it's fairly overkill on anything below the chainsaw guys.
I have also been laying seige to Shelt between squid incursions, but assumed the KZ plasma rifle, like the AR and SMG, was just splitting the difference between the existing offerings. Will have to give it a go next time.
Unrelatedly, but helldiver deaths by vehicular incidents have suddenly gone up.

The second wave has already been given out for free.
I didn't think there was a time limit unless I missed something
Somewhat useful too, especially given how open Erata Prime is.
Something I happened to accidentally learn yesterday.
They are revamping the super store in the future and they extended the timeline from 5 days to 10. We don't know much more than that. It may come down to how the contract with Guerrilla games is structured.
Trying to remember if you can take out their legs or arms with the AC or if it's still an armor level too high for it
