Debating and discourse are really, chat adjacent. It's a slippery slope to chatting imo, a gateway drug to chat. They're like kissing cousins, and I'm not into that personally. No kink shaming here, not because it's wrong but because that's also close to chatting imo

The boy force-grabbing the broom: Great, underlining that you can embrace the force outside the Jedi-Sith dichotomy without the world exploding, hinting at how Rey will have to forge her own relationship with the force
There are bad and dodgy parts in TLJ which aren't just TFA's cracked foundations but where the movie wants to move the conflict on a philosophical basis is something I was all on board for

I don't think the casino subplot makes sense at all, but some people need something to tell them the point of the story that bluntly so I get it. Plus it gave us more Rose Tico so I'll allow it.
Lanz what makes a Tanuki not a Raccoon? I got a bunch of Raccoons in my back field but I have to go to a zoo to see Tanuki balls.
Tanuki are canines/Family Canidae and share (if memory serves) a relatively common ancestor with foxes; Raccoons are family Procyonidae so are far less related
