    I think it's less that than that obtaining at least part of this information sucks bandwidth which could be better used for something important.

    i know that I don't want these boards to be crawlable, just in case i say something that later on could be linked to me through a search.

    also, the WB's stories definitely shouldn't be indexed because they're works in progress and they become unpublishable if a magazine does a search and it's already appeared on the internet somewhere
