The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 (Yes, 2 was phenomenal).
Virtua Fighter 5
Empire Strikes Back
Half Life 2 Episode 2 (Best Half Life game)
Call of Duty 4
Terminator 2
Windwaker was also good. However, the sailing was annoying.
I don't know man, Majora's mask was just completely lacking the sense of atmospheric grandeur and mystery I got from Ocarina. I thought it was pretty mediocre, for a Zelda game.
I happeend to enjoy it quite a bit. OOT was amazing, but the whole split timeline thing they pulled at the end was pretty bizarre and hard for a kid to wrap his brain around. The overall story of Majora's Mask was a little less epic, but the smaller stories going on throughout it all were fantastic.
Anju and Kafei =
Plus the villain was a character you could actually feel sorry for at the end, and those are the best kind. Plus there was no retarded tennis.
The turning into the other races was fun, but even cooler was the presentation for the Goron and Zora that you turn into. Besides, the Deku you turn into was a kid who (allegedly) lost his soul and got turned into a tree. You are basically walking around in a stolen body. The entire game has that creepy and dark atmosphere and it's wonderful.
You defeat Ganondorf and he gets sealed away, while you're an adult. But then you go back to being a kid and leave Hyrule, which makes the adult timeline impossible.
Nintendo actually admitted that the only way it makes sense is if the timeline splits off in two ways. There was some in-depth video on youtube that showed how all of the Zelda games tie together, though I figure most of it was just professional speculation.
The way they put it was; The child timeline leads into Majora's Mask, while the Adult one leads off into Wind Waker. This was made before Twilight Princess was out, so there was no detail on that.

that was one of my favorite things about OoT, the way it really tied the other zelda games together and made them feel like a part of a continuing legend, not just disjointed, unassociated games kind of about the same thing
Oh that. Yeah, all the good things you've done are reflected in the end credits. If you missed anything (Which means you missed a mask, cause pretty much everything you do is rewarded with one) it'll show the mask you're missing instead of the people you helped.
Like, the Ghibdo mask that you get from saving the guy who's half mummified. You see him and his daughter coming out of their house looking all happy and whatnot. Only person you don't see happy is the Deku butler, crying over the tree that used to be his kid.

fuck you goatmon, bottle tennis with ganondorf is the best
Funny how that was completely unintentionally (Originally), but they let you do it in Wind Waker. They even made a note of it on the Phantom Ganon figurine.
No wait I played Halo once when a neighbor brought whatever game system plays halo over and I died to his sniper gun 23 times in one shot without hitting him ever and then I quit and called him names.

basically all the good things you've done merge into one timeline, right? that's why the credits show everyone all happy?
