Honestly, since ArenaNet is based nearby in Bellevue, and always seem to do something big each year, I'm hoping for something new on Guild Wars 2, such as a beta announcement. But maybe it's just wishful thinking.

Other then that, I wouldn't mind seeing some Starcraft II, and of course Penny Arcade Adventures: Episode 2, since the first one was so great.

Spore. With the creature creater available in 20 days and it being released about a week after PAX I hope some playable version of it is there.

I'm sure some bit of Spore will be shown at PAX, it's only a week before release so they probably won't mind showing some new things. That would be epic.
Resistance 2 would be cool to see, it's one of the few Playstation exclusive series' that's any good.

As far as a possible new something from Nintendo, I would hope for something like a new Starfox or F-Zero, or maybe (finally) the next gen Wii, even though something like that would probably be held for E3, still...

I'm crossing my fingers for Fallout 3 more than anything, but OTRSPOD EP2 is going to be highly cherished.

Oh, and to hell with co-operative music reproduction gaming coming out of the ears of all developers! If I see another unnecessary plastic drum kit, I'm going to cry.

They should have a "demo" setup on some little stage right next to Guitar Hero: World Tour (IV)

I'm betting that might not happen. I know that PA and Harmonix have been tight, hence how they got Rock Band before it was out. So I would doubt that Guitar Hero will be there. And unless I see Activision on the list of sponsors or on the list of people on the expo floor, I'm going to stick with that assumption.
