I have no problems with engineers when there's a lot of people on the server. They have their role.
But when it's like, 3v3 and the server's filling up, and there's an engineer whose camping our spawn with a turret while we're trying to melee each other? I want to strangle them. I want to strangle them dead.
@tofu: yeah, except sentries are like, 5 billion times more annoying.
I don't really like playing 3v3 regardless.
There was one time I found an empty server and I was exploring the maps, practicing jumps and sentry placements. Some other guy joined and kept killing me even though I explained I wasn't there to actually play.
Watch this it helped me A LOT during October-November of release.
Also, don't disguise while cloaked unless YOU NEED TO.
There will be smoke covering your body while invisible, so enemies will see you running by as a cloud of smoke.
Not true. I do it all the time. The smoke only appears if you disguise before cloaking or before you're fully cloaked.
Yeah, that's what I thought, unless I've been incredibly lucky not to get gunned downed all these times. But you fuckers will notice that you didn't go left an inch when you suddenly moved left, so how could I?

October...November...release?
Has this really been out this long already?
Man no wonder everyone is running around like they did this all their life, I'm really late to the pyro (haha you thought I'd write party) here.
Since you're all so busy with talking that you can't actually play, I'm going to give Dystopia a try right now. Come join me and Gumpy there you jerks!
(or fill up a TF2 server I guess, whatever works)

To be honest, this is the PA board.
I can believe people with 300 hours only owning the game for a month or two at best without batting an eye.
My favourite spy detection trick is when my dot flickers in size for a split second.
On pl_heights I saw this happen as I was sniping from the tunnel. So I headshot the enemy sniper, did a smart 180 and split open the face of the spy with my kukri. Good times.
Some spies are just terrifying though. Origami is still the one spy who I can know the exact location of as well as what he's planning and he'll still kill me.
"The concept for the Sniper is a tall, lanky sharpshooter WWI veteran from New Zealand. The Kiwi bird acts as an alert system for when an enemy is close proximity, and doubles as a melee weapon."
Primary weapon: Sniper Rifle
Secondary weapon: Pistol
Melee weapon: Kiwi bird
How awesome can you get?

Yeah, I'm sorry, nothing is more awesome than using a fuggin kiwi bird as a melee weapon. Even if it would constantly fpil my spying plans, I would still love it.

Jobs Dystopia server is filling up guys, you should join us
Man, doing well as a spy feels so much more rewarding than doing well as any other class. Sapping a sentry nest, backstabbing the engie that tries to save it, shooting a pyro dead with the revolver, and making it safely back to base feels so damn awesome.

Whenever I do it all I can think is "I'll never be this lucky again".

Every time I play as a Pyro, a scout runs through my fire and doesn't get hurt and 1-shots me with his shotgun.
So I guess we're even? :P

Sooo many hours. I had a second full-time job in TF2 during those days. Now it's just a part-time job.
Donate or order a gameserver and help out!
Yeah, I think I played > 40 hours a couple weeks. Oh man I was so tired.

Every once in awhile I'll think that I can take out the backpeddling scout with a head start and his pistol out. I never learn my lesson.
