I had tea that was picked by monkey's the other day.

It tasted the same as tea that is picked by illegal underpaid workers and cost me significantly more.

Do you guys have any suggestions for good washes that will clear up your face? I have some acne on my forehead but it's pretty moderate so I never got serious about fixing it, but at this point i'm just totally sick of it.

I've been using this apricot scrub my supporter housing has and it's nice but I'm not sure if I'm just not using it enough (once at night, and sometimes I'm up for another three hours afterwards totally gettin sweaty by sitting with my computer on my chest doing work), or if I should get something stronger? It says it's for acne/blackhead control. It feels like sandpaper on my face, which is to say it feels fantastic, but it just doesn't seem all that effective at keeping my face clear from zits.

I was reading that girls with curly hair shouldn't wash it every day, just rub your scalp vigorously

so that's what I did this morning and I am hella pleased, it is not all dry and frizzy today

    it's like magic
that's how i used to cut down on friz back when i had hair
how often did you end up washing it?

about twice a week, but that was because i had pretty oily hair and if i went for more than a couple of days it would get a gross sheen to it. i also found that just using regular soap in my hair would keep it clean between shampoos but not cause it to friz much at all, but i'm no hair expert and for all i know that'll damage your hair.
yeah from what I understand regular soap is a bad thing to wash your hair with

I actually washed mine with just conditioner this morning and it feels just as clean as if I'd used shampoo -- plus it smells like coconuts! mmmmmmmm

I have this anti-frizz stuff that I put in after my hair is towel-dried and still damp

it smells incredible and probably pretty girly too but I don't care

Backwards this is gonna sound dumb but how often do you touch your forehead.

When I was taking the bus to school I'd be sitting there, resting my head in my hands for about 40 minutes. When I started to get breakouts around my cheeks and under my chin I just attributed it to a break out, but then I placed my hands elsewhere and the acne went away!

It's also bad when you're sitting on the computer for a few hours.

    Uh

    No.

    That's not "pretty oily hair."

I get a gross sheen after like 12 hours.

Seriously if I have a full day of work or school before some kind of reasonably classy outing, I honestly need a second shower.

Yeah actually I noticed this too. I am a fidgety dude so I have an impulse to do shit like rub my forehead while thinking or stroke my beard or whatever. I realized this was causing problems and was pretty good about it for a while and noticed some improvement but I haven't been as on-the-ball about it lately.

Even when I'm being vigilant about that though it doesn't totally prevent breakouts.

It's weird, because even when it's at its very worst, it's not really that bad, so it seems like it should go away if I make even just slight improvements, but my skin just refuses to clear up no matter what I do.
