I doubt the BBCode would work in the email, you'd most likely just get the url with the tags around it.

It would be possible for the server to embed the image in the email based off of bbcode.. its parsed as HTML anyway..

Can you maybe put the Hot Topics category under the Chat, Chat, Chat it Up category? I must have clicked the Matrix on accident like 10 times.

The reason I'd prefer the PM be emailed out, there are times when I'm short of time so I'd rather not log on unless it is something important (EPYC etc.).

Even so, if you visit the page (and so implicitly log in), you mess up the seen / unseen threads

You do? I have autologin and the seen/unseen thread properties are okay. I also manually log in with no effect to hot and unseen threads.

Yes, but if you log in and check your PM's. Then go away. When the session times out, all the unread threads will be marked read.

FYI, in the "Profile" area it still says that avatars can only be 50 x 50. Not that I care, since I know the jive, but new people might be thrown off by this.

many of the things on this list have been done, and the rest, I'm not sure when or if I will get to, but they are pretty well preserved on my mental list anyways.

    So, I'm unstickying this thread.
