"A pair of paralyzed monkeys regained the ability to move their arms after researchers wired individual neurons to the monkey's arm muscles. A team of researchers at the University of Washington temporarily paralyzed each monkey's arm then rerouted brain signals from a single neuron in the motor cortex around the blocked nerve pathway via a computer. well, i want us to win and whether we trim the list by eliminating me or another munchkin doesn't really make any difference.
i still think darian and (if he's really that good) shamus are suspicious, but i woke up to 6 votes against me and kind of lost the will to try and sway the village. see how much good it did poor Moleface(sorry dude!)

And so, the monkeys were gathered, huddling in the center of the village and talking. There were bodies everywhere.
Dead bodies everywhere.
And the place was beginning to really smell.
Monkeys don't use toilets, you know.
Well, as the small monkeys were talking amongst themselves, one got up and wandered off, chittering to himself.
Another monkey followed, tiptoeing as best as a monkey can.
the second monkey grabbed onto the first monkey's tail. Now, it should be noted that the second monkey just happened to have a really lonnng toothpick. More like a skewer. Made out of wood. And banana peels.
Now, when the second monkey grabbed the first monkey's tail, the first monkey let out a terrified shriek that all of Oz could have heard.
And then, the first monkey promptly started to run.
Now, all of this drew the attention of another monkey. The third monkey quickly started running after the second monkey who was holding onto the first monkey's tail.
You getting all this?
Now, the Tin Man looks up and notices the running monkeys. This intrigues him, and by the way he sees things, it looks like the third monkey is chasing after the first and second monkeys who were merely giving each other piggy-back rides.
So, the Tin Man, ever stalwart and for the common good, assumes that the third monkey is a bad monkey, one of those flying kinds, with the little bellhop outfits and red hats. And so, the chase is on!
And it's monkey number one in the lead, followed closely by monkey number two, and three. The Tinman is holding steady in fourth, and the rest of the monkeys have finally caught on that this is a race for the outer reaches of imagination and they have all joined in the fray.
Well...
While the first monkey was running and screaming, excuse me, screeching, at the top of it's lungs, the second monkey was sticking his really long toothpick into the first monkey. Which only made the screeching louder, of course.
The third monkey was running after them, with the Tin man right behind.
And then, it happened.
As the second monkey raised his toothpick to finish stabbing into the first monkey's back, the first monkey crossed the threshhold of the Munchkinland border.
into the place with all the teacups.
In that instant, the first monkey no longer was a monkey, but a lion. The Lion!
The Second monkey then let out a really really big scream and fell off the first monkey, excuse me, Lion's tail.
Of course, because the third monkey and the Tin Man did not have a headstart, they did not see the result of leaving Munchkinland, so the Tin man was still chasing the third monkey and hurled his axe at the back of the little fellow.
Damned good aim.
The axe imbedded itself into the skull of the third running monkey, who then became the first skidding monkey.
The bloody skid pushed the monkey out of the borders of Munchkinland and he poofed into a rather bloody munchkin.
Awww.
The second monkey, who was now the only monkey in sight, looked around, confused.
And then, the other monkeys all showed up and piled on top, as one after the other, they passed through the mystical border around munchkinland and became munchkins, and girls, and one little black dog.
No more monkey.
he became a chew toy for the dog.
yay Toto!
And so, the debacle ended. The munchkins didn't want to bother burying the dead, because as soon as they crossed the threshhold back into munchkinland they turned into monkeys again.

it provided quite the afternoon of amusement for some of the... more dimwitted munchkins.
So, they all moved into the teacups.
And spent the rest of their lives pondering why nobody had thought to just leave Munchkinland in the first place.
All that death.
All that poo.
It could have been avoided if they'd just chased the lion away and left munchkinland.
Ohwell.
It had been fun being furry.
So the dead bodies disintegrated, Dorothy never got back home, because the Wizard was dead, and the shoes turned into cheap sandals, and they were all living in teacups.
The End.
