    Probably a low level misdemeanor. Since they never made an arrest and it looks like they doubted her story from day 1 I doubt she'll do time.

    Bryant said somebody charged with making a false report would typically be cited and sent a summons. But because police have concerns about Todd's mental health, they are consulting with the Allegheny County District Attorney. She remained in custody and was awaiting arraignment.

    Is it really that big a stretch to say that a man who pals around with terrorists would attack an innocent white woman at an ATM? I'm not saying that he did it, but we really need to ask about his associations so that we can find out who the real Barack Obama is. Also, do we know yet what Bill Ayers has do do with this?

    It depends on who you ask. Many sources say 2 percent, some say as high as 50, and the FBI estimates around 8.

    It's tough to get a real number nationally because whoever is doing the research typically has political interests.
