    HIt is pretty much the most valuable stat until you're capped.

    Then you can work on spell damage and crit.

    Hitcap is weird right now, I've seen mages that have almost no +hit not get a single miss in Naxx raids.

    Can't explain it tho.

    Best story I found so far is in Storm Peaks with the "norse gods".

    I'm working my way through storm peaks now.

    I liked the Sholazar quests were you do stuff regarding the titans.

    Also the way they did the new Nesingwary was pretty awesome. No more kill 180 mobs then kill 3 elites and then 1 more elite.

    I just got my DK into Northrend last night. So, I have yet to really feel like I'm in the story. However I learned that the Taunka are incredibly frightening.

    So whats a good dps class that doesn't use like the same fucking rotation for everything? I was originally going to level a frost mage then switch to arcane or fire for pve stuff, but a friend has turned me off it 'cause I said I didn't like how repetitive spriest was. He said mages were worse, in most cases. But I still want to level something dps, preferably something with a higher likelyhood of getting pt invites than most of the dps rabble.

    I need something to do while waiting the 1 to 2 months for my guild to start actually raiding. :|

    Mages are alot of fun. Level as frost and you can still instance as that but I like arcane at the moment.

    Note I only say this because he dosent play on Cho'gall, since the Shamblers have a bazillion warriors

    I did notice the Shamblers have a ridiculous amount of warriors. I guess me leveling my DK instead of my mage/druid was a silly idea. I can't stop playing him, he's too damn fun.

    Yeah prot is great at a high level but at such a low level you'll have fuck all of the talents to actually make it a decent spec.

    when I play my mage I don't have a barren simplistic rotation, levelling up anyway. When you get to 80 it's the same as any dps class.

    I guess Shambler Milk is going downhill fast nowadays, they even added some scrub named Arkjin with his faggy bow and arrows and pet plainstrider

    yeah last time I ran one the raid leader gave all his friends the loot they wanted and called the rest of us scrubs and noobs. I was #2 (to a combat rogue with epic weapons who also got dicked) on dps

    Not death knights, or feral druids, or affliction locks. I imagine arcane would be fairly involved too, if you're willing to accept less dps.

    the problem with arcane is that you have to commit to arcane blast and cast aside the other two spells, if you want to use blast at all

    My arcane rotation is 2 blast barrage and repeat until i get a missle barrage proc then i cast arcane missles.

    I really enjoyed it. You can't spam arcane blast otherwise you're fucked for mana

    Got the t7 gloves and chest from Archavon by being the only rogue in the raid.

    Heee.

    Only 10-man version though, guild doesn't have enough people at 80 for the 25-man yet. Still, that's two pieces I don't have to worry about upgrading for a while.

    if you're constantly casting it, it won't.

    that's why I used the 2x AB rotation and got good results with it. Pity I didn't have a larger mana pool.

    the forums were rife with "FUCK MAGES AND GETTING VANISH"

    also arcane barrage crits for like 3k. Instant cast 3k crits on a 3 second cooldown.

    serpent sting>misdirect>chimera shot>arcane shot>aimed shot>disengage/concussive shot>steady shot>rinse repeat
