Jay is transformed into the KC Flash?

    That sounds awesome.
Is it still Jay with a speed-force body, or were they swapped between realities?

I kind of wish I didn't drop JSA.
It's Jay. Gog hit him with a red lightning bolt (presumably Speed Force) and then KC Superman came in and punched it.

Mr. Terrific: "Did you just punch a lightning bolt?"
    KC Supes: "Yes."

Wolverine and Daredevil. And I think the next set of four, or third set of two includes a Punisher.

And a fantastic four, though I thought that was in the first wave instead of wolverine (I might be crazy).

I've only seen solicits for X-Men, Spidey, Wolverine, and Daredevil
The hell you talking about, Fantastic Four Noir?

Depending on what happens with Jean Grey in Marvel Noir ...
If they do a cool story and the dead body with the X is just a ringer and that's how she "comes back to life" and then pulls the mother of all casino jobs and none of it is cheesy

... then I will send a time machine back to this week and that part of x-men noir #1 will retroactively be my moment of the week.

no, all you have to do is read the interview to see that she has other motives other than just being bad again. He even called out Whedon and said that he wouldn't do change anything to stop making her awesome.

norman is working with the crazys to get everyone a lil something of what they want, and less ruckus. this could be great.

edit also: There has been talk of making the x titles not in their own "bubble" from the rest of the marvel stuff; ie more incorporated in the larger world. this is great too; emma in this 'cabal' is step 1.

how can things be this good looking on the marvel side and Dc be dropping the ball this hard?

It's really unfortunate that all the Milestone characters are debuting in series that I could not give less of a fuck about. Like, I really want to read the JLA arc with Dr. Light and the Milestone heroes, but not if Ed Benes is drawing it.

Emma's going to be in the X-Men Annual which will explain why she finds herself at the table, etc. I think the fact that it's being told as an X-Men story gives a bit of credence to the idea that she has a good explanation for being there.

I think he was talking with Maria Hill, and that was pretty depressing. Considering he's going to be chased by Osborn and HAMMER for whatever he has that Osborn wants, I hope he doesn't drink because he doesn't have time.

That would be dumb, because the people who can even remotely promise her that are people she's smart enough not to cooperate with. (Loki specifically, possibly Doom)

However, I would expect her to be there if there was an offer to finish the Purifiers/Sentinels once and for all.

If the super-powered community that Osborn has influence over went to war with the X-Men they'd get the shit kicked out of them pretty much instantly. Not really a credible threat. More likely, he's promising that he'll help make mutants a more welcomed part of the culture, and probably kill the purifiers or something. He has pretty much absolute control over the media narrative in Marvel, so he can accomplish a lot right there.

And yes, Frost controlling the entire Illuminati would be the best thing that Marvel has ever done. And would probably lead to a World War X, which would be pretty badass too.

Man, aren't there like 15 futures where normal human types just kill every mutant?

I think if the dude in charge of most of the superest aspects of the military was like "So you know how we have sentinels again? We could have nano-sentinel seeds injected into every child at birth but we don't. But we could." it might get her attention.

Looks to me that Dark Reign is pretty much Bendis' plan to redraw the line between good and evil now that Civil War has been gone long enough.
