So, while 99% of the time, the share button does not pop up anymore, occasionally it reverts back to popup on mouse-over instead of click, has anybody else experienced this?

Once or twice. It didn't impair me so I didn't pay attention to it.

i had this happen specifically after refreshing a page that had a 'network error', not sure if thats related.
I get that sometimes too, and weirder yet, sometimes while voting in the Awesome Posts forum, the drop down menus will all suddenly become 'on mouseover' as well. Even things like the Tools button at the top (not just the Thread Tools dropdown, but the one next to Members and Home).

Next time it happens, I'll be sure to copy the source so I can see if it's actually some sort of weird cached version of the page, or if it still says onclick and it's just a browser bug.
Hmm, looks like the source is correct, if it was supposed to be popping up on rollover it'd have something like onmouseover="return addthis_open(this, '', '', '[TITLE]')", right?
